PUMPHOUSE PROBLEM - HOMEOWNERS: It was recently discovered that the electrical service line powering the irrigation pump that waters the park and green belt has been compromised. It took several days to locate the problem (which is under Denver Avenue) and will take a few more to rectify. We have requested that our landscape company NOT mow, unless absolutely necessary, to try and keep moisture in the ground until we can get the water running again. We apologize for the inconvenience and are diligently working to replace the power line. Thank you for your patience.

HOMEOWNERS NOTICE - DUES INCREASE IN 2012! At the 2011 annual meeting in January 2011, it was voted by all attending to increase the annual dues to $160 per year - or $40 per quarter. This amount will be reflected on your January 2012 statements.
